This season of Monday night TV brought a show I have enjoyed a lot! Mike and Molly...the premise is they are a couple of who met in Over eaters Anonymous. Yes they are overweight but they are working on it. I enjoy this show because it shows people of all sizes deserve to be happy and find love. And I admit as a person who carries some extra weight it is nice to see characters that are not a size 6. I like to see women in particular who wrestle with some of the same things I do. And the fact that they have a love relationship makes the show fun and humorous to watch. I suggest you give it a try if you haven't already.
There was a bit of a controversy on a Marie Claire blog about the show when the blog author bad mouthed the fact that they were overweight. She has since apologized.

I'm always a little late to the game and I'm finally watching Mad Men via netflix. I just love it and it gives me something to watch while doing some handsewing or embroidery on the couch. I also love Modern Family, The Middle and The Good Wife. I'm embarrassed to admit that I faithfull watch Hoarders too. **cringe**
I've never seen the show but that Marie Claire woman was vile.
I have yet to check out that show- but I really should see it. I did read that Marie Claire article. It was so negative and just left me with a real distaste for that magazine as a whole. Shameful really!!
New shows...well, I am addicted to Borderwalk Empire on HBO. SO GOOD!! Also, Outsourced on NBC is actually pretty funny. Myy old stand-bys of course: How I Met Your Mother, Community, The Office, and CSI (Vegas) Woot woot!
